The Week of April 6th

Hello third graders!!  This post is where EVERYTHING for the week of April 6th is going to be placed.

Daily work suggestions:
-Read for 20 minutes
-1 session of Successmaker Reading
-1 session of IXL math or reading
-Reflex math game
-The work listed below.  I update it frequently so check back!

READING:

For Wednesday, April 8th- Cause/effect assignment  Click that link to complete the reading assignment.  You do not need to print the page.  You may copy the necessary parts to a new piece of paper.

Click this link here to get a graphic organizer for our lesson on April 7th.  You can make this same organizer on a piece of paper.  I will upload the finished one when we are done with the live Zoom lesson.

MATH:
REFLEX Math-  I have signed everyone up for accounts to use Reflex Math.  Please be on the lookout for your username and password to be sent in DOJO messages.  You can access REFLEX MATH by going to your CLEVER account and clicking the OWL icon.  See picture.


Lesson 20-  The student worksheets can be answered on a different piece of paper if you do not have access to a printer.  I will be teaching a different math lesson on Wednesday.  If your child does these, they may take a picture of their paper to show to me in Dojo OR by email.

    I am having trouble with an activity on reflex math. I don't understand how to complete the one with the rabbit. It gives me a number and I am supposed to write a number under it, but I don't know what number. Can you please help? Maryah

    Hi Maryah! The rabbit first wants you to practice typing the number it is showing you first. Once you get fast enough, it will have you play multiplication and division games! Let me know if you still need help!
